In Bandung, you can experience toekang tjoekoer ODB (onder de boom) or DPR (dibawah pohon rindang) in jalan Supratman and in taman cilaki just across Roemah Nenek Restaurant. I remember went to jalan supratman with my friends to get hair cut with toekang tjoekoer ODB. Although it's cheap to get cut in usual barbershop, with toekang tjoekoer ODB is the cheapest in town. Most of toekang tjoekoer has been in business for long time.
